Guide to Housing with Care in England, Q3 2007

The latest edition of EAC's Guide contains information on 965 retirement housing schemes / developments where care is provided or facilitated. It includes schemes described their providers as extra care, assisted living, very sheltered, continuing care and close care, and covers all tenures including rented, ownership and shared ownership.  All developments have been re-surveyed since the first edition of the Guide appeared in 2002, however some variations remain in the quality of information available.

The Guide contains 260 pages and costs just £75 incl. p&p.
