The Housing LIN website contains the widest range of resources on extra care housing for commissioners and providers. The Housing Learning and Improvement Network is part of the Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP) of the Department of Health.
We list below additional material developed by EAC and its partners as part of the ‘Raising the Stakes’ project, funded by the Housing Corporation and the Housing LIN to support the development of a range of successful housing with care solutions for older people
Raising the Stakes : Promoting Extra Care Housing
Final report (December 2007) of an Innovation and Good Practice project (ref G01-20166) funded by the Housing Corporation and the Housing LIN. The Reports includes all the main outputs of the projects:
- A full survey of existing extra care housing provision in the UK
- This dedicated extra care housing website
- Steps to Success and literature review
- The Quality of Information mark (now enshrined in the Government’s new Housing Strategy for an Ageing Population)
